Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Personal care, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products once opened
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer
- Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount events (unless received damaged or defective)
- Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice
Exceptions
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective upon delivery
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and the order number.
EvoraCare reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests after reviewing the submitted information.
